Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This is surprisingly good! It’s comfort food in a smoothie, soothing and filling (recipe from the recipe files at Whole Foods).

Serves 2

1 cup pumpkin purée
1 large ripe banana (optional)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 T honey (sweeten to taste)
1-1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice ( mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
5 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients and blend. Enjoy!
